Swimbait remix

The hinges are improved for easier printing and durability.
The ends of the lure taper and are rotated to maintain a surface that is parallel to the printer bed .
All lures are exported in the correct orientation for printing.
Added several models with options for attaching hooks. See the cross-sections labeled pockets and hollow to identify which lure you want to print.

All lures can be printed with a 0.40mm diameter nozzle at 0.2mm layer thickness. You may want to elevate the print above the platform to improve support and print quality. Look at "Hollow 2 Loop with example raft.stl." In the example, I manually placed a raft to ensure adhesion of the support material.
