Switch Base for Andis Master Model M

This is the power switch base for an Andis Master, Model M (perhaps others as well). These early clippers have a two position switch to support voltage sags and this part supports all three contact arms in that switch. After 30 or more years these parts deform and may crack. These are very old clippers and so most parts are no longer available.

FFF printing in polycarbonate may work very well but I have not tried that yet. The material was originally cotton canvas-base phenolic at 0.093" thick (2.36 mm). I've cut G10/F4 glass reinforced epoxy with excellent results. This could be cut with laser or water-jet. FFF printing in polycarbonate should work very well but I have not tried that just yet. The material selected should be somewhat rigid, heat-resistant and electrically sound.
