I coach E-Sports at the School I work at and I wanted a way to be able to leave the switch docks out without having to put them away every day. This works great. Keeps the honest man honest so to speak. One design can be bolted/screwed to a flat surface and the other can be attached to a VESA mount on a monitor or TV.
If you connect the cables within the back hatch it covers the door up so that they are not easily removed.
Two 1-1/2" Drywall screws hold the two halves together. Fine thread is preferred. But you can essentially use anything of similar size.
