Background: 3D printers are often left running overnight or even over the weekend. However, leaving the device unattended for a long period of time carries a risk of fire. The risk of fire becomes significant especially when the power supply unit (PSU) of the Ender 3 is modified in a non-professional way, for instance, when the cooling fan is altered without the use of soldering. Unreliable connection of a cooling fan of the PSU may cause overheating of the unit that directly leads to starting a fire. Physically shutting down the PSU upon completion of printing is thus essential for managing the risk of fire. Ideally, the system for shutting down the PSU should be independent of the system running under the PSU.

Purpose: Pressing the power button to turn off Ender 3 in the non-WiFi environment.
