Its designed to replace the two lower screws , on a Logitech shifter, with longer ones, connecting the box to the shifter. After the switchbox that I bought off Ebay broke, I designed this one. It holds the usb joystick controller which gives you 14 inputs. I use 7 DPDT momentary switches and 1 spst toggle switch. This way you can assign the switch for 2 different inputs. 1 up and 1 down. I also connected 1 input to the mode input. The software has inputs for 2 hat switches. By connecting 1 input to the mode button you can change the inputs to 2 switches giving you 8 inputs. I aslo use 2 inputs for a shift knob. It's designed a bit chunky because at first, my FDM printer wasn't working so I made it out of resin. (the black one is resin, the clear is filiment) so the extra heft gives the resin print plenty of strength. The top is held on with m3 screws.
