I needed one for a top mount spool direct drive set up. I added a hole for a m4x16 bolt to mount it on top of the top rail. I also extended the arm a bit so it will line up better with the direct drive. There is a 4mm hold in the swivel to add a short piece of PTFE tube to prevent ware on the swivel from the filament.
Parts needed:
M4x16 bolt
M4 "T" nut
8mm of PTFE tube
