Swivel Hook for 3M Command Strip

I put together this quick and simple swivel hook design to hang my New Year decorations using 3M Command Strips. This hook supports both wall and ceiling orientations, depending on your needs. Since it worked so well for me, I figured I’d share it with the community. Hope you find it useful!
