Swivel sweeper joint

I've printed this part with PETG 0.2mm layer height, 50% infill (overkill, but just to be on the safe side).

The sleeve on the round neck is a bit wide, and the part needs to be glued to stay in the tube of the handle.

The channel along the side should be a bit wider, but it is usable.
Also the square hole where the secure notch should pop in, needs to be a bit wide, just like the channel.
