Sword 102

Sword 102 is a very basic implementation of my CAD and CAE skill. Designed in Solidworks Redered in Photoview 360 & Simulated in Fusion 360 Physical Material: High strength Steel Study of the Simulation: When 5000N of force was exerted of a vertex of the sword the safety factor was very low as the overall stress was concentrated in a very small area of the sword. Then the force exerted on the sword was decreased to 1000N and 800N respectively and the safety factor increased as the stress was more evenly distributed through the surface of the sword. So, we must use more strong material if we want better performance from the sword.
