Sword for Weight Training

This is a sword I made for weight training. It uses generic 2020 aluminum extrusion for the weight. You need 5 extrusions with one extrusion being 150mm longer to nest inside the handle. For example, the version I made uses 1x 750mm and 4x 600mm. The handle has holes for M4 counterbore screws with an extra M5 counterbore hole in the pommel. You will need M4 T-nuts to fasten the handle to the extrusion. There are a few different ways to assemble this build so be sure to securely fasten the longer extrusion to the handle then secure the shorter extrusions to the longer one, either through the handle or your own plate.
