Sylvanas Globe Lithophane

Half sphere clock, generated with PhotoToMesh V7, 200mm Diameter. colorFabb PLA/PHA Standard White.

-designed backer with holes/fillets to allow cord routing so nothing shows that you don't want showing. The raised hour marks I painted matte white.
-backlit with 2000k warm led light strips which are somewhat hot so I ended up hot gluing wood paint stir sticks to the backer and attached the lights to the wood. The combination of the filament type and the LED's are what give the lithophane such a nice fiery glow.
-The globe was fitted with a battery clock I purchesed on Amazon
-After attaching the clock, I hot glued the groove in the backer and set the sphere inside

This works great for any room in the house as it's lit up but isn't too bright and it makes it VERY easy to read the time.
