File Update: Increased the hex nut tolerance. If you downloaded the file before, 2/23/16, please redownload
This is a test file for Predator04. I remade Lukibob's really awesome looking props and added a HUB that should work for the Syma X8 drone. I did both A and B props in the 209mm size. I have not tested these and I would not recommend anybody use printed props--especially this size--but they were requested for use in a printed propeller safety test...
If you DO print them and actually put them on an X8 drone, use ABS or better (PETG, Nylon, or Polycarbonate). Also test them in a safe location where NO ONE or NO THING can be hit by plastic shrapnel.
These MUST be printed with supports. I think a .2mm layer and high infill rate (90% or better). Do not chemically treat the plastic. Don't bother to sand them until you have tested them and know that they will not come apart. Otherwise, I think you would be wasting your time. With that said, DO take off any high spot
