Syndicate Skirmishers

In the early days of the Syndicate, horses were a very rare resource, grown only for the more privileged and for sport rather then for work. However, once the Mainland Trades Co. started expanding its businesses outside the island, they were met with heavy resistance from the local tribes who had plenty of these beasts. Nevertheless, it is safe to assume that it was not a welcoming sight. This highlighted a very important vulnerability in the Syndicate army: the lack of a mobile force that can hit fast and pack a punch, engage at distance or close by, run from what it cannot kill and catch what cannot kill it. Well, a program was born, funded with venture capital in the form of requisited horses from the tribes that were too weak to fight back, and a new regiment was formed.
