my son takes his medication dissolved in water and its cut down, 1 tablet will equal 20ml of medicine when he takes 10mls a day. Storing a full school weeks worth in the fridge helps us keep check of the morning routine of did he / didn't he have his dose and its not a mad rush to break the tablet and mix it while trying to get ready for school.

I didn't find a design here that stores the syringes in this orientation, I like this as there's no easy way to accidently dispense them and since the medication does settle at the bottom accidentally dispensing them would waste the main ingredient if stored the other way.
