Syringe Pump

I really liked the design but incorporated some modifications that made this already good design work even better for my particular use. I needed to dispense a more exact amount of epoxy in a more carefully controlled manner.

The first modification was to enable a faster and easier way of mounting a syringe to the carriage. This was accomplished by securing the syringe body using friction fit collars that easily slip over the front and rear of the syringe.

The second modification added an option to extend the side rail by 30mm. This allows the plunger to travel further within the syringe thus, extending the bead length if desired.
