T-55A

History: The most-produced tank in history, the Soviet medium T-54/55 took design cues from the IS-3 with its iconic upturned soup bowl turret. In addition, it's simple, easy, and cheap manufacturing process made the T-54/55 a perfect replacement for the aging fleet of T-34s at the time, both displaying similar tank doctrines of quantity over quality. T-54/55s operated in all communist-themed countries, with some still in active service and modern wars till this day.

Notes: 1/100 scale model from m_bergman is near perfect! This is a very minor remix (now includes i.e. track treads, slight reshape on commander's cupola, detachable machine gun, etc.) for aesthetic and historical accuracy. Model is a T-55A variant in service with Soviet-occupied Eastern Europe. Turret should rotate smoothly and machine gun should fit. If otherwise, please let us know. K oruzhiyu!
