T-72M1

History: The fourth most-produced tank in history, the T-72 is also one of the earliest main battle tanks for the Soviets and a revolutionary update to its T-54/55 predecessor. It featured a 125mm smooth-bore gun that can fire any type of ammunition (including anti-tank guided missiles), an autoloader (reducing the amount of crews from four to three), and an iconic sloped 'V' nose frontal armor. Just like the T-54/55 before it, the T-72 also saw wide use with communist-themed countries. And, with modifications such as the use of ERA bricks, many are still in active service till this day.

Notes: 1/100 scale model from m_bergman is near perfect! This is a very minor remix (now includes i.e. track treads, front tow cable, slight crew equipment add-on to turret, etc.) for aesthetic and historical accuracy. Model is a T-72M1 variant commonly seen during the Soviets' Victory Day parades. Turret should rotate smoothly and machine gun should fit. If otherwise, please let us know. K oruzhiyu!
