It's a mount to secure a 3/4 inch EMT Conduit to a T-Post. Also included is a coupling to connect one EMT to another.
I used it for my gardening trellis.
The mount has a loose fit in order to accommodate varying heights in the T-Post.
The EMT to EMT coupling has a much more snug fit.
