T-post - knuckle

I was looking for a T-post options for trellising in the garden. I made this knuckle to be able to tie rope from one post to another to help support tomato plants. Pretty much I use rope in everything but sometimes there's nothing good to tie onto with a T-pot, or it slides down. It's still winter here so I don't know how well these will work in the garden.
