T-pull Door Closer

I have one door that does not have a landing, but has two steps to the next level. If you do not hold the door as you are also going down the steps it then becomes a longer reach to the door handle to close. With this T-pull I can now close door from the next level without reaching to the door handle. This design mounts to the door using the existing door handle. You will need to be sure that the screws that hold handle together are long enough to accommodate the additional thickness of the base on the T-pull. Also be sure that the bolt will still be engaged with the handle as well. I used an extension spring that was not long enough to reach the two mounting points on the T-pull. To make up the difference of length I utilized two wire ties to take up that difference.
