T-Track M6 Nut

I ordered some stock hold-downs for my router table. They came from China with m6 threaded knobs but the nuts were much too small to fit in the T-Track and hold them on the fence  I made this and used a heat press M6 threaded insert and now I can easily use them in my US T-Track.

You press from the underside. there is a slight lip on the top that may bulge a bit when fully inserted. It's modeled so you can't pull the insert through the top of the model. You can file that down if it interferes with your operation.

super simple but it might save someone a few minutes of modeling.
