Vise Project to extend my mechanical knowledge, 15 pieces total.
It has a 50mm max clamp aperture and supports a 42mm max table thickness.
Built in Plastic can be used to block plastic models for painting and light drilling, project file included.
Can be used to produce metal vise with a Metal 3D printer or converted to CNC project.
No need to add supports, every face has angles that can be printed directly from bottom up.
It needs 13 Screws M3 x 10mm length (with max 5mm head).
Every insertion surface has .24mm offset.
Use the numbering Scheme to print and mount.
Better to print in Group Clamps + Knobs (01,02,11,12,14).
For Parts 03,04,05,06,07,08:
Infill 25%
For Others (Clamps/screws/Knobs/Washer):
Infill 70% - 80%
Print Suggestion:
- Print the Screws in vertical position (10,13) for print definition
- Print the parts with big screws socket with the socket in vertical position (03,06,09) for print definition.
- Print the Knobs in Horizontal Position for mecha
