Tablet Stand for Thick Case

My tablet had an exceptionally thick case - this is my first revision. For thinner tablets the rear supports are too low, though the front edge can be 'filled' with a pencil to give a good hold. Future opportunities for improvements would include raising the rear support and designing a variable gap.
