This is a statue plinth scaled for 28-32mm miniatures and made to look like brick or stone, depending on how you paint it up. You could either put leftover bits or rubble pieces on top/nearby to simulate a post-apocalyptic or beseiged city scene or put that one model you never really use on top to make a nice memorial.

It can also function as a very serious and heavy duty pylon or column or, with some x/y scaling, a slightly lighter duty pylon or column. Be careful with scaling, though, as you'll start running into nozzle resolution limits fairly quickly when it comes to the mortar lines.

The model is intended to print entirely without support, and has printed successfully for me both without support and without active cooling.

Because of the way Thingiverse handles images, you'll want to expand the printed pictures out so you can see the entire thing and get a feeling for the scale.
