Tacoma (2nd gen) AC knobs

I added 2 versions. The knobs without bolts have holes that can be tapped and real M4 bolts added, the other version has the bolt heads printed into the part. There is also a 4WD knob to match. I left a slit in the knobs for the light to shine through for night driving. I added short pieces of 1/8" clear pvc tube in the slits to reflect the light better.
