TACTI-COOL Backpack Panel

Needed a panel to keep my 72 hour emergency bag organized . Found https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4279349 and although it was the perfect size, I wanted a lil more versatility . Adding the slots allows for weaving of shock cord for easy attachment of various items. Found that the panel will fit in just about any decent sized backpack.
