A tactile protractor for use by people who have a visual impairment for measuring or drawing angles. The tactile ticks are every 5 degrees, with larger ticks every 30 degrees and 45 degrees.
There are two hands, one with a 'bite out' to allow measurement at 5 degrees from the base. No 'bite out' can only go down to around 10 degrees.
The arm is secured with a screw that points up (there's a recess on the base for the head of the screw).
