TAG training projectile Mk2

Revised improvement of the previous TAG training projectile adds a soft TPU nose that can deform to disperse impact energy across large flat surface of the solid plasic body, thus decreasing shattering chance. This projectile is still mostly solid plastic and adjustments to infill density and weight distribution need to be made to create a reliably accurate projectile.
