Talon mag pouch insert

Triple Talon mag holder insert for Condor Double AR/AK mag pouch, but should fit in any pouch that can hold two Elite mags. Tolerances have been loosened from Derikksun's design so mags are still held securely but not so much that the entire insert comes out too when going for a reload.
