I have a bunch of 5200mah 2s lipo batteries for RC trucks, however they were just a touch too long to fit in the battery compartment of my Tamiya Frog.
I decided the standard bracket would be great, except for the 2 ridges on the inside. Simply shaving off the ridges wouldn't not work because of the metal "antenna" and the screw that holds it in.
I created a new bracket which is thicker on the outside and allows for the antenna and standard screw to be used. This is the v3 file.
The v1 version is a bit thinner and requires a shorter screw. Also, the antenna wire intrudes a tiny bit into the battery space. I had it mounted but decided to make the thicker one later on.
