step1: sketch geometry using proper blue prints provided (make sure to offset the thickness to the inside of the tank) step2: using a center line as an axis of rotation step3: making the tank handle you can use boss extrude then fillet the corners to 30mm step4: centering to the right plane you can create a sketch with a center line and make the cut outs for the handles of the tank using cut extrude the through all step5: now highlighting the sketch of that cut extrude you can use the centerline as the axis of rotation for the circular patter tool step6: using the circular pattern tool set the distance to 90 degrees and the entities to 4 with equal spacing step7: configure material to 1060 alloy
