These are meant to raise a tank off a surface it's sitting on. This is useful when the tank has a UTH (Under the Tank Heater) attached to the bottom and you don't want to scorch the table/etc the tank is sitting on top of.
These risers can be placed (glued) to the outside tank corners.
For printing, you may need to scale this 10x in your slicing program. I'm not sure why when I export my IPT as an STL that this happens but it does.
