Tank Idler Wheel

While doing some prototype testing on different drive types, our teams ran out of tank track idler wheels...so we decided to print some! This is version 2.0. The first one had a slot for the track, just like the Tetrix® pieces, but required supports to be added. We were looking for faster print times, so the inside track edges were cut to 45° angles...making them printable without support. It has also been trimmed down in some areas for quicker print times. This file also has the hub bolt pattern, and recess for the axle bushing. The extra cutouts are just for style! :)

We've been using these for awhile good results, but haven't tested them under higher loads.

Note: I'm still having problems with the correct plane in Thingiview. This part prints best with the flat hub side down.
