TANSITION

This transition model is created in SOLIDWORKS using sheet metal commands, following standard fabrication practices. Features such as base flange, edge flange, and lofted bend are used to form the transition geometry accurately. The model maintains uniform thickness and proper bend allowances, suitable for real manufacturing conditions. Flat pattern is generated to validate unfolding accuracy and material utilization. The design is structured with a clear feature tree, allowing easy modifications and reuse in similar sheet metal applications.
