Tantillus a2

The laser cut case for tantillus A2 , tantillus A2 printer make some improvements base on tantillus printer , the features including:
1. A new designed laser cut case which have top and bottom cover.
2. Have two fan mount panels which can be used in left and right side (or can be used for classic extruder mounting)
3. Have mounting site for LCD2004 smart control (replacement of old 2 line LCD)
4. Have a SD card slot in left side (which integrated with LCD2004)
5. A raspberry pi mounting site and a camera mount site which make remote printing and monitoring easy.

2016-08-08: add some missing part from original tantillus
1. added the original z-arm left and right from tantillus
2. added the original laser-cut carriage-middle form tantillus
