A tape dispenser with a spool holder which accepts ~45-80mm spools.
Cavities are left inside of "Front" and "Rear" bodies so that lead, sand or some other material can be used to weigh down the dispenser.
Recesses have been left in the feet of the tape dispenser's base so that a grippy material, like adhesive-backed foam, can be added.
