Tape Holder

I made this for my wife who is a librarian, apparently this plastic wrap is commonly used by libraries to attach the spine labels to their books. In any case she wanted a holder for the tape and I may have overengineered it a little. The bearings perform a bit too well so I had to add little tags to stop the wheel spinning too far, I'm still working on a better solution. I'm sure I could tweak the design to accommodate other sizes of tape.
