Tapo C100 / C110 camera stem extender

A three piece 60mm (approx) extender for the Tapo C100 camera. It helps with reaching over window frames and that sort of thing. There is still some articulation possible with this design. To remove the ball-end of the stalk from the Tapo base, it needs a gentle pull directly upwards rather than trying to prize it out as the PLA I used was quite brittle. The ball of the camera pushes through the ball retainer, then you slip the washer under the ball and finally screw the stem on to clamp it in position.
