Tapo C100/C110 Replacement Base

I lost two of the bases for my Tapo cameras so I designed a new one that is very close to the original, including the curved surface, so it should fit most accessories. I use 4 walls for strength and Adaptive Layer Height for a smoother top surface. PLA seems to be fine.
