Just your common-or-garden TARDIS bedside lamp.
I used Florence Tech Translucent Blue for the top, Gold for the base, and a vase mode Mattehacker white for the diffuser.
It looks especially cool when set to a slow colour fade :)
These little LED lamp/controls are cheap and you can get them everywhere. If it's smaller/larger you can probably just scale the base in height to fit. The hole on the front is to guide the IR to the sensor.
Note: Scale the TARDIS to 135%.
