My inspiration behind this model is my love for the TV show Doctor Who. I modeled the Tardis as a variation of my own, so this is not an exact replica of any of the previous versions of the Tardis.
I started off with a squared base. I then extruded both the base as well as the enter to create the walls of the Tardis. I then offset the top and extruded twice to make the roof, added a cylinder extruded out the tapered the extrusion to create the cone. Finally I created the windows and sign and circular patterned to duplicate for all sides.
