Taurus PT138 clip bottom

As shown in the second photo, the original clip bottom reached the end of its days. As it's my EDC it was quite annoying, for the other PT138 clip I have has a larger capacity and, therefore, a longer bottom. So I designed and printed this new clip bottom, with a shorter and more curved projection, so it both prints less through one's clothes and has a better grip.

I printed a first version in PLA, and it worked well. But for the final product, as after all my life may depend on it, I printed it in PETG to have a more durable and dependable part.

The most delicate part of the printing is the grove wherein the clip's side projections go. It is thus better to print it vertically, so the groove has no extraneous material inside and the clip's metal projections slide in easily.
