TAZ 5 bowden adapter

Custom designed Bowden set up for TAZ 5. for use with stock single extruder. you will need:
1/4" OD 1/8" ID PTFE tubing ~2-3 foot length
1/4" Pneumatic push fittings M6 thread x2
M4 screws 12mm long (optional depending on how you mount the extruder
M4 Drop-in t-slot nuts (also optional)

YOU WILL NEED TO ADJUST YOUR RETRACTION SETTINGS:
I found that the wades extruder is capable of 20mm/s speed and a distance of 5-6mm works very well for no stringing, skipped steps, or filament grinding. Other than that, all other print settings should not need to be changed. This TAZ has the stock 0.5mm nozzle.


3Dbenchy printed at .22mm layer height 20% infill in HIPS and took 1h5m to print.
