ABANDONED. Sorry to say, but I have abandoned this project. After doing some more designing of other printers and research, I realize this design is very very impractical. It is here if anyone else wants to build off of it.
This is my custom designed 3D printer currently named the Tazmania 3D Printer. The printer is meant to resemble the Lulzbot Taz 6 3D Printer. My goal in designing this printer was to have no compromises and achieve near perfect dual extrusion print quality.
Features in the design
---Misumi linear rails
------Dual 15mm width rails for the Y axis
------Quad 12mm width rails for the Z axis
------42mm width rail for the X and U axis
---Independent dual X carriages for dual extrusion (IDEX)
---300mm x 300mm x 360mm print volume
---Dual E3D Titan Aeros 1.75mm
---110v silicone heater for fast heating times
---Lulzbot Taz like auto bed leveling
---High torque Nema 17 stepper motors
---Duet Ethernet 32 bit controller
---24v power supply for smoother st
