TCR Button Box v2

My remix of a great idea.
- Changed the shroud to be a bit thicker in the bottom
- Changed the height of the front to make it flatter and fit a D-shape wheel
- Changed the holes on the backplate to better fit a D-shape wheel

I use this for the Seat Leon TCR in Assetto Corsa and the Audi RS3 in iRacing.
