I couldn't find a model of my particular sensor module online, so I modeled one up with measurements from the module I have. Everything should be accurate to ~0.2mm.
!!! Be careful, the LEDs might be further from the plastics around the sensor than mine were. Makeing the total height of the module greater !!!
