Team Corally Diff Gasket

These gaskets are for the Team Corally Center Diff which I used to upgrade from plastic to aluminum Differential Case: C-00180-686
I designed this, because I forgot to order the original gasket from Corally: C-00180-183-1

One Gasket is slightly smaller in diameter (34.5 mm) than the other (35 mm). That's because the 35mm Version sticked out a little bit between the red case and the black cover (see photos). The 35mm version can be used for the Spur Gear (C-00180-09) side.


I did use hard TPU filament (Shore D58) which can withstand up to 137 degrees Celsius.

Highly recommend to use Ironing feature in Cura for the top surface.
(I did use some sandpaper to flatten the surface, but Ironing does a much better job)

Added Gasket for Front and Rear Differential which is 30 mm.
