Technivorous hot end tool remixed

I took Technivorous's efficient modification and added a connecting sleeve to the washer for better installation with the Bowden tube. This helps keep the connector centered. Now installation is easier with thin pliers or by pressing it in with the larger hex key that Creality provides.
