TeensieWI panels

These are the top and bottom panels for Johan Berglusnd's great Hackaday project, _TeensyWI_. His specifications necessitate perspex or plexiglass panels for these, but some may find plexiglass to be expensive and hard to work with.

Two panel heights are included: _10mm_ and _20mm_. Personally, I chose the 20mm, since it's closer in height to plexiglass; however, the 10mm will also do just fine.
