TeensyMIDIAudio case

This is a simple case for [TeensyMIDIAudio](https://codeberg.org/dcoredump/TeensyMIDIAudio) board. I have used aluminium profiles, but there are also files that can be used instead of the aluminium profiles. M4 threads must be cut into the holes of the profiles. You need four profiles.

Side panels and lid are made of 2mm thick polystyrene.

To fix the circuit board there are small holders which have to be glued to the lower side of the housing with artificial glue.
